I was blown away by how much prettier the necklace was once I got it! It is actually much more sophisticated and the marcasite and chain sparkle in the light. This would make an absolute perfect gift for any woman, it will thrill them.

I've been waiting for this to arrive for nearly two months and now thats it's finally here well...it's pretty but not that pretty. The pendant doesn't seem to be well made as the glass heart doesn't neatly fit into the metal piece. I intended to give this pendant to a friend of mine for her birthday but now I'm not so sure. Don't set the bar up to high you might be disappointed.

I bought this for myself as a birthday present and was so excited when it FINALLY arrived. I don't know why but when I opened the packaged I was expecting the pendant to be a little bit bigger, but it's pretty just the same. The quality is very good.
The The first time I wore it I received so many compliments. I wish it came in different colors!

Wow, I have never had something arrive from Amazon so different than what I expected based on the picture, description and the reviews here. The 'stone' in this piece was nothing more than colored glass, and it was much more opaque than in the photo (you couldn't see through it at all). The edges of it were rough, as if left unfinished. It was not sterling silver -- it seemed to be in some sort of a chromed plastic carrier with the marcasite material bonded to it. On the back side there is an embossed "made in Taiwan" (?) or some other such indication...I expected it to say "Hasbro".
This was something you'd expect to find on the $9.95 rack at Wal-Mart. I immediately boxed it back up and mailed it back to Amazon.

I bought this for myself after seeing the reviews. The pendant is darker in person and the scroll work on the back side isn't really visable when it's worn. Nevertheless, I have gotten several compliments on it (from strangers) which made me realize how pretty and uncommon it is. The chain is very nice, but I spent $5 to have the spring ring clasp changed to a lobster clasp, which was money well spent. Overall, I like it and wear it often!
