Billy Joel, Huey Lewis, and More November 16, 1998 5 out of 7 found this review helpful
I think Oliver and Co. was the best full-length animated movie of the 80's and the songs are the reason why. If you love the movie as much as I do, you need the soundtrack.
Good memories, great soundtrack January 17, 2006 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
Okay, I must admit that I was somewhat obsessed with this soundtrack when I was a kid. I actually owned the original soundtrack on tape, and I listened to it so much that I wore the tape out and had to buy a new one. The songs are hip, fun, and just generally enjoyable. Plus, this was one of the first Disney films to use an all-star singing cast, including great performances by Billy Joel, Huey Lewis, and Bette Midler. The songs on this soundtrack still hold a special place in my heart, especially "Why Should I Worry." Check it out! I guarantee if you're a Disney fan, you'll enjoy it.
Great music... great singers.... great soundtrack!!!! July 15, 1998 3 out of 6 found this review helpful
This cd is great!!!! The music is catchy and funny, they have some great singers, you can't help but love it! My favorites where Once Upon a Time in New York City and Why Should I Worry. If I've said it once I'll say it again, this is the best! But don't take it from me, BUY THIS CD!(I should be a salesperson!)
One of the best October 7, 1998 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
Oliver and Company is one of the best cds. Especially in the kids opinion. When you put it on they sing and dance along. Its fun to listen to. I definitely think that "Why should I worry" is the best. But don't take my word for it, get your own and find out yourself!
Wow, it's one of the best Disney Soundtrack! April 30, 2005 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
I think it's one of the best Disney Soundtrack I have heard!"Once upon in New York City" "Streets of gold" and "Why should I worry?" are my favourite songs in this album!Especially "Once upon in Mew York City", it always give me courage! The rhythm of "Streets of gold" is perfect. And the French song (I can't remember what its name is...Heehee) is very good too, though I don't know any about French language. In all, this album is worth listening to!!!!
