When i first listened to this cd it sounded like a bunch of people who didn't know what they were doing. Everything is off and initially kind of disturbing to the ears. Song by song the album grew on me. Finally, i can truly say i love this cd and every song on it... except the second one. Haha. The respective order of songs that slowly become catchy: I Walk the Line, Ignore the Machine, RIP, Smells Like, Here Cum Germs, Stuff the Turkey, and Hurricane Fighter Plane. Ah, and great songs they are.
No matter how much you listen to it and love it, this album still sounds strangely off, but in a perfect, seemily preconceived way. Every sound comes in exactly when it needs to... the songs are catchy and wonderful... and kind of scary. anyway, i'd recommend this to fans of Skinny Puppy... and perhaps deathrock like Christian Death.

This sounds like a cross between a bunch of talentless zit-faced suburban kids trying to start a band in a middle class garage and some insipid 80s synth-pop band. For some reason, Alien Sex Fiend remind me of A Flock of Seagulls.Mind-numbingly monotonous stuff. For some reason, I think this music might "work" for people with bad hangovers, though.

You can not beat the Alien Sex Fiends for energy and a goth-punk entertainment experience. I highly recommend this CD to anyone, also check out Acid Bath. Morbid and fun. Good dance and party music. Get the Alien Sex Fiends, you will never be sorry! What ever you are into goth, punk or rock this is a great band to add to your collection.
