Great CD! I kinda agree with the last guy who said it was not there best stuff, but I disagree about the highschool band stuff. They did quite the job with this album and although Discovering the Waterfront is still my fav, this is one of the best albums I have purchased latley. I would buy it again!

When I heard that there was going to be a new Silverstein CD come out I waited untill it came out and I went to go order it.
But After I read all of the crapy reviews for it I wasn't sure I wanted to get it anymore.
After a while of thinking about it I just decided I would just get it anyways. And well, to make a long story short, I think the CD is awesome and definately worth the money. If you're wondering weather to buy it or not based on the reviews it's gotten I would recomend you to just but it and see for yourself.
what was this? July 3, 2007 4 out of 13 found this review helpful
I have been a silverstein fan for the past couple years and when i heard this album was coming out, I was very enthused. Like all cds, i decided i wanted to download it before i purchased it. and thank god i did that. what i heard was horrible. it sounded like a high school rock band with little potential. Lyrics were predictable and the music in general was not even compairable of what their talent is. Should have spent more time in the studio writing lyrics and music. Next time please dont rush a release just because of the demand of it.
Loved Silverstein. This album is awful. July 5, 2007 4 out of 10 found this review helpful
I tried to write a review already and the window closed. So here's the short version. I've been a Silverstein fan forever. Thought Discovering the Waterfront was an amazing album. The first two tracks of this one are cool. The rest is unquestionably awful. The music is good enough, but the lyrics are simply pathetic. I literally CAN NOT believe that they made such an atrociously written album. I can't believe anyone, from the band, to the producers, to the label thought this album was worth releasing. It's TERRIBLE. I can't believe how trite and cliche the lyrics are.
I literally got chills yesterday when I found that a Silverstein album had come out. I bought it immediately and couldn't wait to pop it in. I might never bother with it again. The lyrics are so incredibly bad and stupid and childish. The guy who said "high school band" hit it right on the head. There's no sign of emotional maturity on this album whatsoever. I'll stop now. I really can't believe it's so bad. I'll never rush to buy an album again, and it might even make me listen to their old stuff with less respect for their intelligence and writing skills.

Bonus Tracks: 12. Rain Will Fall 13. Falling Down
This is a solid CD and a must for Silverstein fans. I like the new style of guitar on a lot of the songs, too. The reason I gave it four stars is because a lot of the choruses are repeated way too much, sometimes they are half the song. Other than that it's a great Silverstein album with their signature screams and melody.
