Missing something, but not much April 9, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Really well made remix cd, not a suprise as they have had quite a few. Only problem is its actually lacking a real song (non-remix) most of the other cd's have atleast one new song to accompany the remixs. Overall great CD, would have been perfect with an unreleased non IF related bonus.
Decent May 8, 2008 Yeah, hey, it's good as far as remix CDs go. It kept me listening and entertained until If came out.
I also agree with other review here- it would have been a tad more exciting if it had a non-if-track on it, just as SMURMX had Big Poppa and Adios Amigos.
Never Wanted To Dance June 9, 2008 I got this CD for two reasons. It's MSI and cause of the Combichrist Remix. When I listen to it, it was alright. The "Metal" mix I though was good but...I dunno just I thought it could have been a bit better. Thought it was nice/funny to hear double bass in an MSI song lol.
The Combichrist Remix was kind of a let down for me, I thought it was gonna be a little more harder like most of his tracks but...after I started listening to it more it grew on me. Gotta love Combichrist.
The Birthday Massacre Remix...well...this is the only song I don't care for. I listen to it and it was eh...I really don't like the band at all. But I put it with it listening to it, doubt I'll ever listen to the song again.
Tommie Sunshine and Spider Remixes are great. They are a lot longer than the other Mixs on this album. I really recommend checking out this CD. It's cheap and you get a few good songs on here.
Good mixes, Great art September 17, 2008 Most CD singles are redundant but this CD's mixes are diverse making it a great buy for any MSI, Combichrist, or The Birthday Massacre fans.
When it's often cheaper (and quicker) to just download mp3s the album artwork can make or break a purchase. The unique artwork by Jhonen Vasquez is what ultimately got me to purchase this album.
