Album Description
Brooklyn's Free Blood, a band formed in 2003 with roots in the New York art, fashion, and music circles, unleashes their debut album courtesy of Rong Music's and DFA Records' new joint imprint. Free Blood came together when former !!! member John Pugh and fashion designer Madeline Davy (Octopi NYC) were inspired to unite the divergent settings that host New York's dance and indie music: the Manhattan club scene and the energized modern-day bohemia of Brooklyn warehouse parties that have since hosted many of their sweat-soaked live gigs.
