Although "Crone of War" is Omnia's Fourth CD to Date, it is the First to Cover the Full Range of their Wide Spectrum of Musical Styles as They Perform them Nowadays. Because Omnia is Really Into this "Misty-swirly" "Heyaheya" "Tree Huggie" Kind of Stuff They Only Play on Authentic (Acoustic) Instruments, and all the Music on "Crone of War" Has Actually Been Played by them and their Guests (No Samples, Drum Computers, Synthesizers Etc.). Also, None of the Recordings have Been Compressed, So as to Keep the Natural Dynamics and Emotion Intact.

There's not enough stars . . . November 4, 2008
I originally bought this CD specifically for the song, The Morrighan, who the cd is named for. That song alone is worth the purchase price, and more. It's a long song, mostly instrumental. And then, the lyrics kick in. Once your heart stops beating wildly, you'll find yourself listening to the cd over and over again. I recommend the entire Omnia catalog. You can search for them on their MySpace site. Not to be missed!
