4 out of 5 stars Grows on you   July 1, 2008
Though the singing is great and the instrumental pleasing throughout, this CD doesn't quite match the lofty standards set by his first two CDs.

But it is still a strong album and, after a few more listens, grew on me so much that it's now on constant rotation at my house. Highlights include "Listen," "Baby I want You," "What's Been Going On," and "Better Days."

Give it a try. It gratifies in a way most music cannot.

5 out of 5 stars Amos Lee does it again!   July 17, 2008
Amos Lee's soulful evocative music washes away the detritus left behind after listening to the latest pop radio compilation.

5 out of 5 stars Amos Lee Has Soul   July 17, 2008
This has got to be his best work to date.
I couldn't find a song I didn't like.
A soulful joy from beginning to end!!!!

5 out of 5 stars Amos rocks!   July 19, 2008
Love this one! Not his best, but different and all Amos. I have really enjoyed it...

3 out of 5 stars new Amos Lee album   July 27, 2008
This album has a few good songs. It's different than his previous albums and not as good in my opinion. I'm not into some of the R&B stuff. It's slightly Al Green though which is pretty good.
