I got the cd that only has eleven tracks on it, but it's still the same album. I love the cd! The music just wraps you up in its strength and beauty and carries you along to a place of magic and wonder. From songs of lonliness and lost hope, to enchantment by a sorcerer, the album ranges across a variety of stunning subjects. I think my least favorite song was Angels, because it didn't seem to fit as well, but I loved the rest of the cd.

Although I'm still relatively new to this genre of music, this is my favorite so far. Beautiful vocals, strong guitar riffs, and orchestral musical style combine to create an epic sound, and thoughtful positive lyrics make it even better. All the vocals are clean and there are a few epic style ballads, so it is significantly "lighter" than most of my favorite albumns (like Pantera, NIN, Kittie), but songs like "See Who I Am" and "Stand my Ground" are so strong & powerful that I get swept away.

I found this group completely by accident watching videos on youtube this is the first time in years that I've enjoyed nearly the entire CD of a band. Usually its one or two songs and the rest are crap or just okay. Not Within Temptation every song is incredable. Top of the list on this CD is without a doubt "See Who I Am" it has an absolute amazing sound and the lyrics are awsome. Same with Memories, Somewhere, Its the Fear, and Stand My Ground. I just can't say enough about this group. Their awsome.

This album will appeal to fans of Within Temptation, Evanesence, Lacuna Coil, Nightwish and anything similar. The current album is absolutely fantastic, thus far I have listened about 10 times and it gets better each time for the uninaugurated it's a mix of Rock (not too heavy), Full Orchestra and Operatic and powerful style from Ballads to full on anthems - you can hear every word that is sung and it leaves you with a good feeling of money well spent. Earlier Albums from 'Within Temptation' - 'Mother Earth' just don't cut it for me, this is their finest yet I really can't wait to see them tour. I purchased on the premise of 'Stand My Ground' They're a Dutch band and have gone about a few changes musically for the better I think. Stand out tracks are 'Stand My Ground' 'Memories' and 'Aquarius' buy the enhanced version and you get the equally as good 'The Swan Song' and 'A dangerous Mind'

If you liked Evanescence's album "Fallen", then you will probably like this album. Good rock beats combined with soaring, operatic vocals to make a musical experience that I never get tired of listening to.
