This book was much better than the first Blue Bloods. It was much better writing, and you really got to know the characters.

this book was so amazing it picked up right were it left off i love it when Ski says the line "I really need to stop thinking about Oliver as a snack." lol i felt sad when she found out that oliver loves her and after she bit him she though it was a mistake this book was over all amazing and dylan comes back yeah!

OMG I read this book it like a day, and it was so good althought JAck should make up his mind either is Mimi or schuyler i definetly recomend this book to anyone who looking for romance and adventure.

If you like Blue Blood, then you will definitely love this book. I like this book better than Blue Blood. I can't wait to get my hands on 3rd book this December! Pat your back for doing a great job, Melissa!
Blue Bloods to Masquerade....Books worth their $ March 9, 2008
When I bought Blue Bloods and finished it, I read everything on the paperback for information on when the next book would come out. As soon as I found Masquerade, I bought it and I just had to read it! It turned out better than I tought so, except for the unexpected ending.
Oliver and Jack, this book has made me have a totally different perspective on who I want Schuyler to end up with. In the very beginning, I wanted her to go with Oliver, but sort of with Jack.
But when she discovered that Oliver loves her, she feels differently for him. But, now that she has to live with the Force family, I am torn between the two boys.
Jack is a very diverse person in this book, one minute he loves Mimi with everything he has, then the next he feels something for Schuyler. The bond between Schuyler and Jack grows stronger and weaker, especially when she reveals what truly happened that night in the library. Also when Jack tries to help Schuyler when she is attacked by a Silver Blood.
It is a mysterious book, how the figure beside Allegra Van Alen's bed turns out to be Charles Force. The least to expect to do so, ~in my opinion~ and yet he still loves Allegra after she betrayed him.
It is intense and tender. Mysterious and obvious, and yet a love triangle, with Mimi, Jack, and Schuyler. I loved it through and through and can't wait until the next!
