Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
This 3 DVD Box set includes: F.W. Murnau's "Nosferatu", the archetype for all vampire films that followed, and is still considered the most affecting of all in the genre. Max Schreck is haunting in the role of Nosferatu, a man who bears an eternal curse. One of the finest adaptations of Bram Stoker's classic story, which is made even eerier with the addition of Type O Negative's creepy soundtrack. "The House on Haunted Hill" - This is the film that cemented Vincent Price's reputation as the master of the macabre. As the menacing millionaire Frederick Loren, he challenges a group of strangers to spend the night in a notorious haunted house in exchange for $10,000 each. At the stroke of midnight they are locked in, and the ghoulish fun begins. As Loren attempts to scare his guests into leaving early, it soon becomes apparent that there are forces in the house outside of his control. "Gothic" - A chilling horror tale, centering around romanticism's poetic elite. When Lory Byron, Percy and Mary Shelley, and other artistic guests gather at a secluded mansion, they enjoy a frightfully scary drug-induced evening that ultimately inspired the writing of both Mary Shelley's "Frankenstein" and Polidori's "The Vampyre."
